It would be easier to count the positive things about this product than the negative because there are no positives. But in the interest of helping people not buy crap, I’ll outline the 5 worst things about them. 1. Shipping took so long that by the time it showed up, I’d forgotten I’d ordered it. 2. The brushes were all stuck inside the bottles and I had to pull them out with pliers. So much fun on a $150 product!! 🤩 3. The liquids are the worst I’ve ever used. Gloopy and thick, it’s impossible to get smooth application of them, meaning the finished mani is bumpy and uneven, requiring an extreme amount of filing. Also very smelly and made my eyes itch and burn. 4. Don’t bother asking for a refund. Their concern for customers is nonexistent. It feels like they want you to hate them. They bend over backwards to do everything wrong. And the worst to me is that they delete anything negative on all social media so people never get a chance to see that mountain of buyer beware feedback. 5. After all that, my nails cracked and chipped in 3 days. A $12 bottle of polish from Sally Henson lasts longer than that. Anyway, that’s my top 5 highlights of why I hate NailBoo and you probably will too.
