First .... This does work! My spouse snores so loud that if I left the window open the neighborhood would not be able to sleep. We even have a fancy bed with the no snore adjuster (doesn't help). We ordered this because we heard so many commercials on the radio that we had to have go. I was very excited when it arrived as after 15 years of not a good night sleep, i was excited to sleep through the night. We followed the instructions and made the mouth impressions needed. It was like miracle! Till about 2am when it fell out of my spouse's mouth. In the morning if was determined that the impression may not be perfect. Tried it again. And again it fell out of mouth several times and was not perfect fit. Tried 3rd time. It stated you have 3 tries for teeth impressions. Result. Impression seemed a bit better but doesn't stay in your mouth while you sleep. 2 stars because it does work. But it doesn't stay in and when it falls out, the snoring comes back. Impressions not as easy to make as you may think. Sadly, we will have to return. Even sadder for me...as my sleep will be disruptive.
