When the machine was delivered, the box was not damaged in any way so imagine our surprise when looking inside to find that one of the brass(?) fittings was broken off of the pump and the threaded end was stuck in the pump. We were instructed to take it to an authorized service provider and they installed a new pump. Took a week. When we got it back and got the rest of the parts out of the shipping box, we realized the wand with the pressure handle were missing. Upon further inspection, both wheels were broken and were loose on the axle. We made some minor repairs and filled it with gasoline only to discover that the fuel tank was cracked from one side to the other and gasoline was pouring out onto the ground. Very disappointing and a dangerous situation. We learned that the machine was "not returnable." Fortunately after a lengthy conversation with customer service, we were able to secure a refund. I would not recommend this to anyone.
