I had the Doggy Steps from As Seen on TV. They were originally for my 17 y.o. Persian who has since passed away. My poodle and Persian loved the steps. I ordered another set because my dog is starting to have joint problems. The steps I received were from Heartland and NOT the same product although the steps are advertised as the As Seen on TV product. The Heartland product was all made of compressed wood with the steps in pieces. Each piece had to be screwed into another pieces. The pieces weren't even cut properly and didn't even fit! I have since bought the As Seen on TV product from ACE Hardware which are the ORIGINAL stairs. Those stairs are made from plastic pieces that pop together quite easily. My poodle is so happy with her stairs because she can now get up and down the bed and couch without having to jump. Even my new kitty is using them! They are great for little pets or those with joint trouble. Although Heartland did send the product in a timely manner, the product is NOT what they advertise as the As Seen on TV product. Shame on you Heartland for false advertising!!!!
