Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'm really upset. I write reviews all the time and this is actually the first 100% negative review I've ever had to write. First off, I had a problem with them sticking. I cleaned the wall with alcohol and let it dry before applying, I held the hook against the wall for 30 seconds after application. I didn't hang anything on it for two days, and I go to hang a set of lights and half of the hooks came right off the wall, without any force at all. My second problem was that when I applied one hook, I accidentally put it on upside down, so I IMMEDIATELY went to take it off, and it ripped off paint. The paint on my wall is not old, and this is the first time this has happened with anything. It's not like this is something I had stuck on the wall for a year and tried to pull off. It was on for less than 30 seconds, then it was pulled off exactly how the instructions say to pull it off. I've attached a picture, and I'm not too pleased about my wall, or the fact that I wasted my money. That being said, I have had no problems with any other Command product, just this one.
