Overall I was happy with the dock's main purpose - plenty of ports and simplifies setup in my home office. One of the 'Rate Features' was camera quality - this unit has no camera so not relevant. My biggest knock against this dock is the length of the cable, which is maybe 8" long. That limits placement of this dock to on the table with the laptop, which honestly limits the usefulness and quality of the dock itself. If it had a 3' cable this would easily be 5 stars. Update - I have received no less than 10 emails from Ethan at Lionwei "customer service" asking me to change my 3 star rating. I have obliged him by reducing it to 1 star - vendor harassment of a customer is not a joke and Amazon refuses to do anything about it. DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE.
