I am very unhappy with the amazon card. I had paid this card, and now I find there is a balance when I did not choose at any time to order using this card. I would like it completely out of my account--from all the services I have used during so many years, this is the worst service. It is hard to understand--obviously I have been charged purchases to the card without my knowledge, It is unsatisfactory that I still get charged on something that I do not want to use. I am very disappointed in this amazon card. I want to completely take it out of my account. I want to know what charges have been made in the past months after I had thought that I had completely paid off any debt I had with the card. Request Immediate action please--once again I want prove of the charges, if I have charged anything on this card has been without my knowledge and once again I would like to clarify these charges and I want it out of my Amazon account.
