If you work with vibration plates enough you’d know this plate isn’t providing the same benefits. It’s a shaking plate. It literally tilts. A vibration plate and a shaking plate are different. The marketing for this device cannot be accurate in the benefits they suggest. Again, you would know this if you work with power plates. I’m certified through power plates and bought the plate just to test it. I wanted to see if I could suggest a more affordable option for my training clients. I would not suggest this plate. Pay the money for a real plate of join a fitness center with a plate. Not good for anyone with injuries. Not safe for you spine.
