Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas and it was so fun while it lasted. However, it did not last long. It randomly stopped working 2 months after Christmas. Replacing batteries was a no go. I contacted the company (leapfrog, not Amazon) and they admitted that it was probably faulty hardware, but said they could not replace the item because it was purchased more than 90 days ago (even though it was only opened 60 days ago). I understand that companies have policies, but this is apparently a common problem (read of this in other reviews) and I was disappointed that leapfrog will not back up their faulty products or fix a reaccuring issue. So be warned if you purchase this product.
