Be careful.
Be careful, these heating mats melted the tub of perlite I had on them and ruined part of my floor with scorch marks. I checked the temp on them with an infrared thermometer just before I unplugged them and it MAX errored the thermometer, which means they went over 230 degrees. Don't put them on an insulated or reflective surface, as it seems they can overheat. Don't leave them unattended. There is no UL listing or CSA mark.
