Purchased this stroller in February 2016 and walked my 13 # cat around our neighborhood 6 times before the front wheel came completely off with the ball bearings spilling out after only three months of use. Not a durable product especially as this is one of their top of the line strollers. I just looked at Pet Gear's manufacturer's warranty and discovered it is only 30 days! I should have factored this into my buying decision: If Pet Gear will not support their products longer than 30 days, they must know of the engineering and design flaws. For the price paid, I would expect this to have a warranty of at least a year to make this worth the investment. I also expected this to have lasted much longer than three months under such casual use, but after reading through all of the reviews, I see there are repeated instances of front wheel problems. If you are considering a purchase of this item, recommend you evaluate whether a product warranted for only 30 days is worth the money.
