I did not like this steamer because the hood does not cover your head from forehead to the back of your neck and I was burned with the hot water that collects in the rim of the hood. I am returning this product and asked for a return label. I received an email today from the seller advising me that there would be a 20% restock fee and I was also asked to forward this product to another customer who apparently bought it. I would advise you not to purchase this product because it seems if you don't like it and need to return it the seller punishes you with a 20% fee deducted from your refund. This information about a 20% restock fee is not mentioned anywhere in the language about the steamer. I will be filing a complaint about the seller of this product for unfair business practices. Do not buy this product.
