Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am glad I checked a few hours after first plugging this in, the plug overheats to the point of that it will start to melt the side of the outlet. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I will say that the 3 metal clips that have to make a connection to the tank in order to work are extremely, extremely cheap and not centered/connected at all. I don't write many reviews, but I don't think this is a product that is safe for sale. UPDATE: Being harassed with daily emails from Seavon Customer Service trying to get me to change my review for a) a refund for less money than I paid, which has already been refunded by Amazon, or b) a new dehumidifier just like the extreme fire hazard I returned. So here is my updated review based on Sevon Customer Service.
