This is the worst OBD2 scanner I have ever used... I've used this on several cars and Everytime I get a "failed to connect to vehicle" message. I've updated the product several times I've made sure the vehicles are compliant with the scanner. I've even reached out to the company and they only email me back one sentence answers like "make sure the vehicle is compliant with the device" or "try updating the device". wouldn't recommend to a friend... Ever...
