This product was the worst! (As was Lasko Cust. Service!)
I've got another model Lasko ceramic heater that has been very good, and I bought this one, based on reviews, including Consumer Reports review... I moved my original Lasko to another room, and put this one in its place. Within 40 days it overheated and melted the plug-end, as well as the receptacle!
I contacted Lasko customer service, who sent me a lengthy email claiming I have an electrical problem in my home. I threw this heater in the trash, and put the original Lasko heater back in the same place, on the same outlet (on the other, remaining, good receptacle.) Guess what? NO PROBLEM.
Lasko company does not do good business, in my opinion.
You will find this same review posted on Consumer Reports.org, and as many other places as I can. This will be how I can recoup my lost money... poor word of mouth! Thank you Lasko!
