Should’ve read more reviews. Bought this on recommendation from a friend. It took 4 hours on the phone with Netgear. The agent was helpful, but 4 hours is excessive. I’m still not sure what I got for what I had to pay them. It’s 3 years of customer support. The tech ran a scan and showed me how we were not protected, so Orbi wouldn’t connect until we got the security issue resolved. I wound up having to connect to the Lynsys router that I was hoping to get rid of. We have a multi-story large home and WiFi was a constant problem. I was so frustrated that I needed to get this resolved. I can’t keep missing work, etc. So against my better judgment I bought a service contract after four hours of hell tonight. It works great - all devices are screaming fast, but holy cow - run while you can. Don’t buy this.
