I saw my brother had this unit and he has had it for several years... I decided to get my own.... Well, when I got it the hose broke as I took it out of the box... I hardly touched it! I told the company I needed a new hose. They told me the only way they could do it was to send a WHOLE UNIT... I had to take a hose out of the box and ship the unit back.... I felt it was incredibly inconvenient but I did that... The hose in the second unit was a piece of junk too... It busted out of the box... If you want to spend extra money on a hose and spend time looking for one that is compliant with this unit then this is for you.... Other wise find something else. Oh, you also have to drain the damn thing.... I got this unit because it said you didn't need to drain it.
