I just bought 2 whole ribeye racks on sale for $5.47 a pound. The total for two was less than $200.00. I hand cut and and trimmed 32 ribeye steaks, 16 meaty beef ribs and trimmed off 5 lbs of fat that I'll use for my sausage making. So tell me again how anyone would buy these.
