Mostly Monohydrate with all the digestive problems
If you have ever taken Creatine Monohydrate, you have probably experienced an upset stomach that even Imodium can't stop. That's because very little Creatine Monohydrate actually passes through the intestinal walls, and since it attracts water, your bowels get flooded. All that water has to go somewhere. I bought this, hoping that it wouldn't be as bad because of the other types of Creatine in it, but I still spend most of the two days I used it in the bathroom. Don't bother with this one unless Creatine Monohydrate doesn't give you problems. If it does, just get yourself a quality Creatine Hydrocloride. GNC makes their branded Creatine Hydrocloride in pill form, and so far I've had no issues with it. Both products have approximately the same sized pills though, which are HUGE! So if you can't do large pills, you probably need to lean towards powder anyway.
