I bought this tv from Costco. It looks really nice and the image is great! The problem is that the TV keeps restarting while you are watching something. The remote suddenly stops working. It seems like things freeze! It does not allow me to install the latest update either, it always fails and the tv just turns off. At first I thought that maybe I received a defective model but googling, it seems that this has been a problem with Samsung TVs! I am very disappointed with this TV and will return it (big hassle since I will need help to lift it). In the attached video, you can see how the update fails, and the remote stops working at the end. This behavior also occurs in the middle of watching videos (I use an Apple TV 4K to watch). It seems there are several issues. Some are related to a process that seems to freeze on the TV and eventually the TV restarts, another one seems to be related to the TV stopping connectivity with the remote, and finally, the inability to be able to update to the latest SW. The first time I used, without installing anything, it started complaining about a "malicious process" as well (see attached pictures). Samsung technical support was not helpful at all in troubleshooting the issues. I spent about an hour on the phone with them, but they were not able to help. I even tried updating the firmware using a USB stick but the TV failed to update.
