I tried getting this starter kit and ended up losing my number that I’ve had for 20 years! I guess what your supposed to do is use one sim first and if you like it, you pop in the second sim and purchase a plan. Well, didn’t work for me. I followed all the directions and when I got to the port number over screen, I typed in my old number and I got a message saying port was in progress please wait. It just stayed like that for minutes then hours then days. I decided I would call and check the progress and they kept telling me to keep waiting and that the problem was being escalated. Well, it’s been about a month and two days now and nobody knows what’s going on, and now my number is stuck in limbo and the person told me that no one ever escalated. He actually said that they lied to me but he would fix it now but tech support left ten minutes ago. Really? This is such BS, they gave me the run around and lost my number. So disappointed. The service was fine while it worked for the trial. It’s what I expect from T-mobile network. One star for that.
