Where do I begin? I'll start with the good stuff. It came extremely fast, even though it was not Prime eligible. It was easy, plug and play, as advertised. It scanned my computer really quickly. I have a TON of pictures from many years that I have just transferred from computer to computer. I am getting ready to change computers again and I was really excited about backing up all of my pictures and videos this way. Unfortunately, I have so many pictures that I needed to order a second one (I ordered two 64 GB ones, all in all) so I had to wait to try it. Another positive thing is that it tells you that you can insert another one when the first one is full and it will continue where the first one left off. Now for the bad stuff. First of all, each one took literally hours upon hours to download my pics.. Then when I looked at my pics, they were just scattered in one folder, no rhyme or reason. None of my original folders were transferred so there is no way to quickly find specific pictures or a specific event, as I had them saved by dates and events on my computer. But the very worst thing, and the reason I will be returning both of them the minute I wipe all of my pictures off of them is this - several, and I mean literally hundreds, of both my pics and my videos are not able to be seen or opened...they just show as a blue and white image and when I try to open them they say this file type is not supported! What the heck? So now I am missing hundreds of videos and pictures and I have NO idea which ones I'm even missing! I was hoping to wipe my computer after this so I could switch to a new one, but now I will be returning these worthless (and expensive) items and will have to buy regular flash drives and painstakingly save everything on my own, setting me back several days or weeks of time wasted. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this product if you have older pictures, you know, from old digital cameras or something like that as I suspect that is probably the type of files that aren't supported by this device. I am so bummed. I will be returning and getting my $100 back ASAP.
