My hair was pretty healthy when I started 3 months ago, now it is thinning and shedding a month after starting on Nutrafol. I continued taking them as directed, thinking it would get better, but no, its gotten worse on these pills and I took 4 tablets a day all at one time, as indicated. So, I AM STOPPING them now!!!! I hope my hair starts to revert back into healthy hair, but buyer beware, do not believe everything you read!
