Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am HEAVING. I’ve never been so compelled to write a review in my life... There were maybe one or two reviews that mentioned worms, but I had several friends recommend this product along with stellar ratings online. There are so many disgusting little worms that hatched out of the filter. I am freaked out and now worried about my cat’s health- you know, the reason I bought this fountain in the first place. This is the worst situation I’ve ever had from an online purchase... what does one even do?
