Worked great for 4 months, then the pump stopped pumping. I specifically bought this model for the pump so we wouldn't have to empty the bucket 3 or 4 times a day. Called Frigidaire and they're having us take it to a local repair shop under warranty. I'll update this after the repairs are done. 5/11/18 update: The repair shop couldn't or wouldn't fix it per Frigidaire's instructions. I received a letter in the mail saying that if I sent, by certified mail, a copy of the invoice and the sticker with the serial #, they would refund my purchase price, minus the tax. So not too bad. Still disappointed the pump only worked for 4 months; it was very convenient. I'll update this if and when I get the check from Frigidaire, so you'll be able to gauge their customer service/warranty for yourselves. 6/4/18 update: Just received a prepaid giftcard from Frigidaire for the amount I paid. Would've preferred a check, but this will do...
