This game has a LOT of problems and the company offers NO support to its customers. I have spent thousnads of dollars with this company and I still can not get a reply to my emails out side of their automated responses. I have a gift level of 30 (about $300/ gift level), They locked my accout saying I was suspected of exploiting! Then took several thousands of dollars worth of gold and items from my account before releasing it back to me. When I asked them to show any proof and tell me how they justify just taking things from my account that I CLEARLY paided for they will not reply. I am currently seeking legal advice about a class action lawsuit against this company allong with several hundred players. The game is fun but Do Not spend a dime with them, you will regret it as I do.
