There needs to be a -0 rating. So disappointing! Doesn’t work, meaning it doesn’t chill at all as suppose to. And customer service is non existent. On hold for 40 minutes and finally when someone answered my call was immediately disconnected. Called again and waited 1 hour and 50 minutes with no one answering and had to hang up for an online meeting. Also left 2 phone messages as was recommended by the company with NO response. This was over a 5 days and nothing from this company. So clearly we are returning this disappointing product and saying goodbye to this disappointing company. Unbelievable!!
