What the he** - I can no longer use this app to watch my ultraviolet collection on my Kindle - just purchased an 8.9 to watch movies when I travel - NOT COOL! I tried going through Amazons customer support last night and it was an absolute joke. First tech had no idea what ultraviolet is and insisted on calling me Katty the entire conversation (even after I corrected her) the next rep wanted me to reboot my Kindle???? really? I dont think rebooting is the issue Amazon. Amazon needs to make a deal with Ultraviolet - one of the main reasons for having this tablet. And dont tell me to watch Prime - I am not paying for WiFi while in the air or on long car trips.
