Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Sounds like a jet plane taking off and combs the hair, ripping it out more than cutting or clipping it. We bought 2 because we have always loved this brand and we wanted one for a backup (because we had a hard time getting one during the pandemic and didn't want to be caught without something if one broke). The first one was rattling and cut unevenly but we tightened the blade and limped along. Well, the one we were using fell and the blade portion broke so we switched to the backup. The new one was even worse than the old one... even though they were the same model. We tried tightening and loosening the blade but nothing made it better. I'm so sad to write a poor review for this company. What has happened to all the good trusty clippers?
