The first few months we loved this thing. My entire family was drinking more water and hot drinks. It's beautiful and easy to use, also very quiet . Then 4 months in the cold water dispenser stopped working. I am an engineer so I did my research and troubleshooting, but its faulty equipment. The hot water is still working and such a wonderful feature. I am going to contact the manufacture. I am hoping they make this right. I spent the extra money hoping for a quality dispenser and I was initially very pleased now to extremely disappointed. I will follow up with what I'm told.
