The camera works great. Mine did come with a defect though where one line of pixels is giving erroneous readings. I contacted the company twice now and have gotten zero response both times. They clearly don't care about making things right, or upholding their warranty. I will continue to email them, and might give them more stars if they are helpful, but as of now, I'd recommend using a different company altogether. Also, the app has no options to turn off auto-scaling. This means if you turn the camera, something may be the same exact temperature, but the scale will change, and cause it to be a different color. If they could just add a way to turn that feature off, it would be so much better.
