I have tried this for months and it's just too frustrating. You watch a video to double points or to get first letter hints, then you don't get points, don't get hints, screen freezes. . . Went to HELP several times. The first time they did try to fix, but that only lasted about a week. After that I got no response. I give up! Removing from device.
