Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have used these scrubber for years. One would last for at least a year if not more, with the obvious brush head changes as needed. Eventually, the outer tabs that hold the brush head on would break. I recently purchased a new one and found that they changed the design from outer locking rings to an inner threaded post. It was definitely easy to change the brush heads. HOWEVER... The threaded post broke after using it for less than 1 month. It cracked and eventually fell off rendering the entire thing useless. I contacted OXO and within a day received the following email reply: "We are very sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with our product, and would like to waive the return requirement and will gladly send out a one-time courtesy replacement, which you will receive via Fed Ex/UPS in about 5-7 business days. Please let me know if you have any further questions. " (I had to re-contact them as it never shipped the first time, but eventually did ship.) I eventually received the replacement, which I have been using happily...for the last month. Until tonight. The threaded post cracked again. I will reach out to OXO (AGAIN), but am having doubts with this new design. It seems very flimsy. I will update if/when i resolve this. Update: OXO replaced it again; no questions asked. Fingers crossed. Upgrading to two stars for better customer service.
