To activate the console, you must sign up for a $15/month debit from your credit card
The machine runs fine, but unless you activate iFit and agree to have $15/month charged to your credit card, the console does not work. This means you cannot adjust the tension, use the time and distance functions, or the heart rate features of the machine. Amazon needs to include this in the information section of the site.
