"Horrible experience with this buyer. Purchased this charger (not authentic) and it was a piece of junk that didn't work. It didn't charge my Kindle Fire at all. I contacted the seller and got the run around for days to then be told he would only give me a refund on a $4 item only if I mailed it back. To top it all off he said then that I would get charged a 20% restocking fee. So it seems that my item would cost me money to return. Poor customer service policies and sells JUNK!"
