This is a great vacuum cleaner, but as other reviewers have stated, but I just didn't believe? it does have a fatal flaw. Its exhaust air flow BLOWS YOUR ANIMAL FUR EVERYWHERE. Yes, its hose is a bit short, but this is not a deal breaker. Unless I have it in upright position locked, or using the hose wand with the machine as far away as possible, my sweet dog's hair gets blown to kingdom come and it is extra work to chase the hair whilst trying to vacuum it up. Whoever designed this jet flow of air to be pointed at the very spaces we are trying to vacuum should really find another job. For this much $, I have given it two tries, but sending it back. Who markets a vacuum cleaner to pet owners and then sells them a device that seems specifically designed to torture them? I like its storage for its hand pieces, and wish I could like it, but I don't need more work.
