Sent me an email telling me that a firmware update is available - the page tells you to leave a review and then send someone an email showing your review. I think that's pretty BS, so updating to 1 star. Don't make me jump through hoops for you to support your own product. Original review below: Overall enjoyed the product. It was my first experience with a surround sound system. I ended up buying the version with 2 subs, 2 surround speakers, and soundbar. I did have to buy 2 stands separately for the surround speakers, but that was pretty low cost (I knew before buying I would have to do this). Sound quality is great, the only issue I've really had was when playing on my PS4 Pro through this soundbar, every so often I would run into an issue where the voices of characters would get extremely quiet for some reason. Eventually I found out I could press one of the buttons on the remote (I can't remember which one) and it would fix it. Not sure why this keeps happening but apart from that I haven't had any issues.
