Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I originally gave these earphones 4 stars because they sounded amazing but one of the earbuds stopped working. I still loved how they sounded, so no biggie I was going to buy another pair of earphones from them. The company gave me a $30 gift card which was to be activated after I gave them a review. I followed all instructions and they refused to give said gift card. Now I give them a 1 star because a company without good ethics is not worth it. Incidentally I was actually going to use the gift card to buy other earphones from them but now that will never happen. Moral of the story. Save your money. I can't stand behind people who lie to their customers. It's bad business.
