I don't usually write reviews, but I had to put out a warning for others. For reference, I've never had breakouts before and can count on 2 hands how many pimples I've had before trying this product. 3 days into these vitamins, I noticed that there were a few pimples forming and I shook it off and assumed that my skin would fix itself. A week into this product I had severe breakouts all over my nose and the area around my nose. I stopped this product after two weeks because there were no signs of this breakout healing itself or going away. The longer I was on it the worse that it was. I noticed no hair growth or no change in my nails. Granted I was only on this for a short period of time due to the circumstances. I am incredibly disappointed with the results of this product. Take caution before using this product.
