I used these for a month, and my hair and nails did grow, but i had a bad reaction to the biotin levels which gave me cystic acne. People said it was a 50/50 chance and i hoped to be the half not to get the acne. Tastes good but wouldnt order again.. id rather have nice skin and short hair than long hair to hide my bad skin.
