NOT USER FRIENDLY
I find it frustrating to use this. I don't want to use it. When did Facebook change it? I used to just click on Messenger at the top of the Facebook page; not necessary to download anything. I prefer people to just post on Facebook. If it's personal or private ... send me an email.
