Just got home from work to find all the fish dead. Heater was set at 80 (apparently switches off when desired temp is reached) water was 99.8. Absolutely shocked to say the least. Called to inform company, who didn’t seem surprised at all and asked me to send it in so they can test it and they will call with the results. What am I going to do with the results???!!!! I know your heater is Faulty I didn’t just boil my own fish and frankly do not have the time for this!! Now have to explain to my 5 year old twins why their tank is empty!!! First detailed review I have ever written, please don’t make the same mistake. Now I understand why the heater is so cheap!!! Absolutely appalled and scarred when I think about how much the poor fish must of suffered. Will never purchase from this company again. Before and After this heater
