Very disappointed! Wouldn't update for 1/3 of the time I had it!
It worked for the first 2 weeks, then malfunctioned for 2 days. They blamed it on the battery being dead which it absolutely was not. Then it malfunctioned the next week, and it hasn't updated in 5 days. The cat's collar fell off in that time & now the tracker & collar are gone. If the thing actually worked & did what it was supposed to, I could find it & I wouldn't be out all that money. They said it's because there must not be cell service in that area. I live in a suburban area with many cell towers nearby. Only buy one if you live NEXT to a cell tower I guess.
