I decided to try this mattress because it had good reviews for dampening movement, and I thought the five different zones of support would help my back. Unfortunately I found the different zones very uncomfortable. The "strong support" firm section meant for your hips just feels like a big bulge pushing up on my back. It feels pretty good if you're on your back with your knees up, but if you move around and/or sleep on your side it'll leave you with more back pain than when you started. I contacted the seller to take advantage of their "100 day risk free guarantee" but all I got from them was a bunch of delay tactics. After a week I was really fed up of sleeping on my couch and contacted Amazon. I had to speak to a customer service rep to explain it was a compressed mattress that I couldn't just repackage and return. They understood and took care of it. High marks for Amazon as usual. If you're thinking about a multi zone mattress like this I'd strongly advise you to go somewhere to try it first. Maybe if you can sleep dead still and on your back this would be a good fit, but that sure isn't me. Update: This morning I got an email offering me a "$20 refund" if I take my review down. So just to recap, 1. the mattress was, subjectively, not for me. 2. The customer service was poor, and now: 3. The company is also really shady. I'd steer clear if I were you. Another update. They upped the bribe to 45. The bribe got upped to $50 today. Gotta say, I find this really offensive.
