I was very angry/surprised when I unzipped and looked inside of the chair, and found rusted metal bars and padding being held across by what seemed to be shoelaces. I am unsure if it is only my chair that is such poor quality or if its every chair. Not mentioning the fact that it arrived with broken clips on the lumbar pillow. Highly disappointed with the product.
