Let me be clear this product is not for all hair types. I learned the hard way and had to do a emergency call to my hair stylist. I have 4c hair. This dried it out. Tangled it.Tightened my scalp and resulted in dandruff flakes That looked like giant pieces of elmers glue. When I part my hair sheets of flakes lift up. This has Never happened before To me with any other product in life . Scariest experience ever. I’m glad that when I sent my hair stylist a photo of the bottle she knew exactly what happened. This company either should only have these products accessible to professionals or Should clearly disclose the hair type info to the consumer. It’s day 3 after my wash and I’m oiling my scalp nightly and keeping my hair in a low bun until I can get into the salon next week. At this point my stylist is having me keep my scalp moisturized and hair in a protective style until I can get in to the salon and she can help me restore the balance to my scalp. Again prior I had zero scalp conditions. Now I’m Spending time lightly scratching huge flakes off my scalp gently pulling them all the way off my hair shaft and the oiling my scalp. Traumatizing.
