I bought this thinking I could test my ketone levels. I downloaded the tracker app as well. And what do I read on the app? That the piss strips are only for diabetics because it only measures the excess ketones in your urine but is not an accurate way to tell whether you're in ketosis or measure your blood ketone level at all. So I just wasted my money to find out this will not help me at all. This should not be marketed by this seller to keto dieters and shame on them for knowingly doing it anyway.
