I received my order yesterday. The seal on the container was "lifted", and it was empty except for the plastic holder and brush. I could tell that it was supposed to have a blue substance/cleaner in it, because there was blue residue around the rim threads. The container was completely empty and dry. This item is listed as ineligible for return. I am going to have to write a review warning customers to be careful of who they order this product from and to make sure the item is returnable.
