Very disappointed. This 32 inch unit does not perform like our Sharp (Hisense) 55 inch Google TV. After completing the set-up, I called for customer support - after 80 minutes, I insisted speaking with a supervisor or manager. The front line person could not resolve the problem of No Voice Command - he suggested that I go to Amazon and buy a different remote. The manager/supervisor had a better understanding of the problem and concluded that they packaged the wrong remote when manufacturing the product (Jan 2020). After several weeks, I received a different remote and that too failed to operate with voice control. This TV has been returned to Amazon I recommend buying a different brand TV that works with voice control like my Sharp Smart TV and my Philips 43 Smart TV
