I have had these baxs on for a little under a week on my 2 carat diamond earrings. At first I thought they were going to be a ok except one of them kept twisting crazy. Then today the back fell off and so did my diamond earring. I was sitting outside on a deck, the diamond earring fell on the table thank goodness and who knows where the bax went. These do not fit correctly and if you get them on snug they twist until the heart shaped part is hanging past your ear lobe.
