While I definitely think it worked, I had one scary side effect: elevated liver enzymes. I stopped it and within 12 weeks my levels returned to normal. My MD asked if I was taking any supplements and I told her this one. I was advised to stop it immediately. When I researched the herbs, two of them were known to cause liver damage. Take with caution---I am a healthy person with no health issues and was shocked when my routine blood work came back abnormal. It was an expensive lesson to learn as I threw all of these pills out immediately.
